The Paddock is a spacious detached property arranged to accommodate six guests in style and comfort. With three generous bedrooms, the master including an en-suite shower room, it’s perfect for larger families or a group of friends looking for a peaceful location from which to explore the Cotswolds. With an open fire for cosy winter evenings and landscaped gardens overlooking the private meadow, The Paddock is the ultimate year-round retreat. A sofa bed in the snug allows the possibility of accommodating a further two guests.

Tucked away in a private corner of a residential development, this charming house is just a five minute walk from the centre of vibrant Bourton-on-the-Water and all it has to offer. It’s easy to explore a little further too with the Rissingtons and The Slaughters (and their respective pubs) all easily reached on foot.

Bourton itself is one of the most popular and attractive villages in the Cotswolds and with several pubs, cafes and shops to explore, all your holiday needs are well catered for. Being in the heart of the north Cotswolds area it couldn’t be easier to explore Burford to the south, Chipping Campden and Broadway to the north and Cheltenham to the west.

Use of the sofa bed can be added during the booking process at an additional charge of £40 per guest (maximum two).

Bordered by Stow-on-the-Wold to the north, Northleach to the south, The Rissingtons to the east and The Slaughters to the west, Bourton-on-the-Water sits in the heart of the Cotswolds. Chipping Campden and Broadway, Oxford, Cirencester and Cheltenham are all within easy reach.
One of the more distinctive Cotswold towns, the river Windrush runs through Bourton and is straddled by a series of low elegant bridges and bordered by shaded greens providing the perfect picnic spot. Children can enjoy a spot of safe river paddling whilst the adults admire the handsome Cotswolds architecture.
Paddock House enjoys a peaceful location just 5 minutes stroll from the centre where you can mooch along the High Street in search of the perfect holiday memento or simply enjoy delicious local produce in one of the many local eateries. It’s ideal for a week-end getaway but there’s no shortage of things to do if you’re tempted to linger in this idyllic spot.
With its Model Village, Birdland park and gardens, the Cotswolds Perfumery and a collection of vintage cars and antique toys literally on your doorstep, you won’t need a car to keep the whole family entertained but within easy striking distance you’ll find a host of well- known Cotswold attractions.
