This lovely cottage is spacious, well situated and very comfortable. Close to many local amenities and attractions such as Blenheim Palace, The Cotswold Wildlife Park, amongst many others, it is the perfect family getaway. Lowfields is conveniently located for lovely Cotswold towns and villages such as Stow-on-the-wold, Moreton-in-the-Marsh and Bourton-on-the-Water where you will find lots to do and see, delicious food and great shopping.

Ground floor
On the ground floor there is an entrance lobby with ample storage space for coats, muddy boots and all your outdoor paraphenalia as well as handy storage for logs.
The comfortable sitting room is double aspect allowing light to flood the room and during cooler months, an open fire ensures that it is lovely and cosy. There's a large sofa and 3 armchairs as well as flatscreen television and DVD player. A separate snug is packed with toys and children's books allowing children to do what they do best whilst the grown-ups relax.
A spacious dining kitchen is the at the heart of the home. The well equipped kitchen includes an electric hob, oven and grill as well as a microwave, a large fridge freezer and dishwasher. Substantial cupboard space provides storage for all your holiday essentials. The adjacent dining area has a table seating 6 in comfort and french doors to the terrace and garden beyond.
A downstairs shower room with washbasin and wc as well as washing machine and drier completes the ground floor.

First floor
Upstairs the cottage is perfectly suited to family living comprising a master bedroom with king size bed, a second bedroom with a standard double bed and a third single bedroom. With a wardrobe and chest of drawers in the double rooms and chest of drawers in the single room, all your storage needs are catered for.
The family bathroom comprises a bathtub with shower attachment, wc and washbasin.

Outside the gardens extend to half an acre and children will delight in the 'Blackberry Cottage ' playhouse and swings whilst older members of the party will enjoy relaxing on the terrace and dining al fresco whilst enjoying the superb pastoral landscape. The garden is fully enclosed ensuring holiday bliss for your 4 legged companions too.
To the front of the house, the Cotswold stone driveway provides ample off street parking.

A welcome basket of logs is provided.
A travel cot and highchair can be provided upon request.
Up to 2 well behaved dogs welcome: an additional charge of £20 per dog per stay applies.
Lowfields is an old estate cottage and is semi-detatched.

Ideally located for exploring the Cotswold attractions of Sudeley Castle; Blenheim Palace, the birthplace if Sir Winston Churchill; The Royal Shakespeare Company in picturesque Stratford Upon Avon; the Slaughters; several National Trust properties; and Bourton-on-the-Water where you will find Birdland, The Model Railway and the Cotswold Motoring Museum.

Lovely relaxing week-end. Really enjoyed Friday night at The Chequers in Churchill (steak & cocktails), Saturday afternoon at The Kingham Plough (bar snacks & ale) and Sunday Lunch at The Royal Oak in Whatcote!!
