This delightful cottage takes its name from the old village stocks which are positioned close by to the property. Stocks Cottage features traditional flagstone flooring throughout the ground floor, which comprises of a modern fully fitted kitchen and sitting room with dining table seating four. French doors lead from the sitting room to a pretty, south facing garden, enclosed with a traditional drystone wall. Completing this attractive house are two first floor bedrooms with double beds, a family shower room and a further small single bedroom (please note the property can accommodate a maximum of four guests). The master bedroom enjoys views out to the pretty garden and surrounding countryside.

Blockley is situated in the rolling hills of the North Cotswolds between Moreton-in-Marsh and Chipping Campden. It is a quiet, charming village steeped in history with Mill Dene Gardens surrounding the old water and a stream winding it's way through the bottom on the valley. You can stop off at the cafe situated by the green which is the hub of this friendly community along with well stocked shop, selling local produce including local freshly baked breads. There are an abundance of walks over the beautiful countryside. Two village pubs within walking distance, one being The Great Western Arms. Independent shops and restaurants can be found in nearby Chipping Campden, Broadway and Stow-on-the-Wold.

With 4'6 double beds.

Enclosed garden to rear with a patio with table and chairs. There is a garden shed where the cushions for furniture and parasol are stored along with a store room which houses extra outside chairs, sun lounger and barbecue.
Two parking spaces are provided.

Whilst the property has three bedrooms, it is only suitable for a maximum of four guests.

The Cotswold Way is virtually on your doorstep and offers just over 100 miles of walking, with journeys through picturesque villages and past famous ancient sites. For families, a visit to Adam Henson’s Cotswold Farm Park is a popular choice for a day out.
Watch lavender being harvested and distilled at Cotswold Lavender Farm where there is a gift shop and tearoom serving delicious lavender scones.
Snowshill Manor is a Cotswold manor house packed with extraordinary treasures collected over a life time by Charles Wade.
Hidcote Manor with its various linked ‘rooms’ of hedges, rare trees, shrubs and herbaceous borders within the gardens.
Batsford Arboretum, home to the country's largest private collection of trees and shrubs, an intimate and romantic place to visit, with interest all year round.
Broadway Tower houses exhibitions on three floors about the history of its occupants and colourful past. Enjoy a leisurely climb of the Tower in manageable stages.
The market town of Chipping Campden is short drive away has an excellent choice of pubs, bistros, restaurants and shops for guests to enjoy. Every year in late May the town holds the world famous Robert Dover’s Olimpick Games. A must see is the shin kicking and tug o’ war competition as well as many other sporting events.
Huxleys situated in the centre of the village in a beautiful 500 year old building offering the finest coffee and cakes along with a full range of Italian main dishes.
