Devon House Cottage is a delightful, modern cottage located close to the centre of the popular Cotswold town of Stow-on-the-Wold, furnished to a high standard with a warm and homely feel. The table and outdoor seating in the south facing garden provide an area to enjoy an evening meal or a glass of wine on a warm summer’s evening.

Ground Floor
Fully fitted dining kitchen with cooker, electric hob, large fridge/freezer, microwave and a table with seating for four.
The sitting room includes two two-seater sofas in front of a decorative fireplace and a television. The rug on the wooden floor gives a homely feel to a modern property.
The cloakroom has a wc and washbasin.

First Floor
Bedroom one has a 4’6” double bed, chest of drawers, walk in wardrobe, two bedside tables with lamps. The en-suite has a shower, wash basin and wc.
Bedroom two has a 4’6” double bed, wardrobe and bedside table with lamp.
The bathroom has a bath with an overhead shower, washbasin and wc.

Off street parking for one car.
A travel cot is available, suitable for infants up to eighteen months.
Please note that for one week in October and one week in May each year, many of the amenities and pubs in Stow-on-the-Wold shut due to the Gypsy Horse Fair. If your chosen dates fall in either of these months, please feel free to call to discuss.

Surrounding local area

Devon House Cottage is located just a short walk from the centre of the delightful market town of Stow-on-the-Wold. A fine selection of antique shops, art galleries, gift shops and traditional country pubs can be found here. Standing over 700ft high, Stow-on-the-Wold is surrounded by the beautiful Cotswold countryside, making it an excellent base for walkers.
The well known Cotswold towns and villages of Moreton-in-Marsh, the Slaughters, Burford and Chipping Campden, with their honey-coloured Cotswold Stone buildings, are also close by.
There are many attractions in the local area, including Snowshill Manor and Lavender Farm, Sudeley Castle, Adam Hensons's Cotswold Farm Park and Batsford Arboretum and Falconry Centre.
Shakespeare’s Stratford-upon-Avon is a little further afield, but well worth a visit.
