Our stay in Tetbury was absolutely amazing. We booked a long weekend with friends and wanted somewhere cosy with a log fire, close to a pub and with some scenic walking opportunities, and were so happy we booked Catalpa cottage. The house itself is beautiful with a stunning garden (we went in winter but can imagine it's lovely in the summer too). We had the fire lit most of the weekend and the kitchen/dining room were really well equipped, and the bedrooms and bathrooms were spotless. On arrival the house was super warm and we had a hamper left for us which was a nice touch. Tetbury itself is a lovely town full of independent shops, boutiques and gastro pubs, as well as lots of scenic walks leading to other nice pubs! We were sad to leave and would definitely stay again, and have already recommended to friends.

Very enjoyable stay. Cottage is one of the best we've stayed in. Love the view and just so close to centre of town. Were here for a wedding so that occupied most of our stay but had some some nice trips out. Went to Castle Combe, walked around the outskirts of Malmesbury (left leaflet in box) and enjoyed a visit to the cafe at Cotswolds Airport. Were able to look round the Brittania plane that is parked there. Enjoyed food at Cafe 53 and other places. Sunshine all week so enjoyed eating out in the various courtyards available. Off now to Highgrove on the way home. Will return.
