The Coach House is a detached property in the grounds of the Grade II listed, 16th century Old Rectory. The property itself dates back to the 14th century and has stunning views over meadows to distant fields below. Hawling is an unspoilt village eight miles from Cheltenham and situated at the highest point of the Cotswolds.
A short drive away you will find the delightful, picturesque village of Guiting Power which boasts a village shop, bakery and two village pubs, including The Farmers Arms.

On this ground level is a single bedroom/study/office with a 3' bed.

In close proximity you can go and explore the medieval village of Winchcombe which stands in the shadow of Sudeley Castle and has a choice of several good restaurants and excellent shopping including two supermarkets.
Discover the quintessential Cotswolds villages of Bibury (with its famous Arlington Row), Barnsley, Coln St Aldwyns and The Barringtons, which are host to some excellent local pubs and cafes.
Visit the bustling market town of Northleach with its village shop, wine bar, bakery and the very popular pub, The Wheatsheaf Inn. The church is considered one of the most popular in the Cotswolds and is a beautiful, historic building to visit.
Or why not travel down to explore the Roman Villa in Chedworth or the busier, Roman market town of Cirencester with its wealth of shops and restaurants.
For the sports enthusiast, travel to the wold famous Cheltenham racecourse or play a round at Naunton Golf Club.
