Ground floor
The front door opens into a hallway with original flagstone flooring, practical for rainy days and there's space here for hanging coats.
A gorgeous stripped pine door semi glazed with stained glass opens on to the very cosy sitting room with impressive inglenook fireplace housing a wood burning stove. There's a window seat, a great vantage point from which to observe village life and a sumptuous sofa and leather armchair complete the seating, although you'll also find a bean bag for soporific fireside loafing. With a Sonos sound system and flat screen television with Netflix, all creature comforts are catered for.
An equally handsome door leads to the country style dining kitchen, the heart of any home complete with built in oven and microwave, halogen hob, fridge and dishwasher to cope with all your holiday needs. The sophisticated palette of white and cotswold greys make dining in a pleasure. A semi glazed door leads to a private and enclosed courtyard area.

First floor
Stairs rise and turn from the entrance hall to the first floor landing area. To the left is the spare room with single day bed, desk and wardrobe and bags of room for a teenager to chill. The entrance to this room has restricted headroom but the room itself is light and airy and great for setting up a travel cot or accommodating an extra adult or child.
There's a spacious family shower room with walk-in shower, heated towel rail and bags of space for essential toiletries.
The adjacent master bedroom has a double bed and twin window seats allowing light to flood the room. There are bedside tables with lamps, a set of drawers and wall mounted hooks for clothes storage.

Second floor
Wide tread stairs with handrail rise and turn to the upper floor and the twin bedded room. Being in the roof space, the room has an attractive cruck beam style appearance and there's a ladder to a mezzanine area making this the perfect children's hideaway. There's ample hanging space via a clothes rail cleverly tucked away behind a beam.

Courtyard area with seating.
There is no dedicated parking space for the cottage although it is possible to unload outside the house and finding an on street parking spot shouldn't be a problem.
