Cheltenham Jazz Festival 2011- The perfect bank holiday escape

The May Bank Holiday sees the return of Cheltenham Jazz Festival and Guest Director Jamie Cullum. The festival is one of the most diverse and forward thinking festivals in the country, showcasing music from superstar performers, jazz legends and contemporary musicians. Not only hosting a stunning collection of acclaimed Jazz musicians and bringing world-class musical talent to the UK, this year, it will celebrate the Royal Wedding with a whole day of 'Best of British' themed outdoor fun featuring a broadcast of the wedding itself, free entertainment throughout the day and a very special Jazz Royalty edition of the BBCs Friday Night is Music Night presented by Sir Michael Parkinson.
